Kingston WI meets on the first Thursday of each month in the Village Hall. We have an active programme and some
of our talks for this year include Lewes in Old Photos, Medieval Michelham Priory, Kew through the Looking Glass,
Climbing Everest, 'The Life and Work' of Sue Ryder and 'Know Your Silver'.
The Pilates group meets weekly in the Village Hall and the choir group are entering the Performing Arts Festival
in May. During the summer we hold a garden meeting at the home of one of our members and hope that the weather is
fine so that we can sit in their garden. There are monthly walks in the surrounding area which are most enjoyable.
There are to be visits to Michelham Priory to see the bluebells, to Pashley Manor Gardens and in the autumn to
Bletchley Park. Other outings include seeing Godspell in the spring, Agatha Christie possibly in April and in
the following month 'Hello Dolly'.
We have a Christmas Party held in the Village Hall with delicious food prepared by members at the festive time of the year.
New members are welcome.
