Village Shop and Post Office

- Village shop - A group is being set up of people who have expressed an interest in helping to organise
a village shop. Possible sites are being investigated, as are ways of implementing a viable solution.
- Post office - Ways of bringing post office facilities into the village are also being investigated.
- Village Market - The Village Market ran for a year but there was not enough support
to justify its continuation. Grateful thanks are due to Maria and Peter Bermingham for hosting the market throughout
that year.
- On-line Village Shop - The on-line Village Shop continues to
flourish and gives us all the opportunity to buy largely local produce without using our cars! For more information,
