Kingston village has a colourful history in amateur dramatics since at least the early 1920s including pantomime, music hall, comedy and serious plays. These images cover mostly the play and music hall brochures. There is a photograph from one of the Music Halls that were performed in the 1970s, plus a press photograph from the play 'Dinner With the Family' which was performed in 1967.

There was a pantomime that was very successful in 1980 called 'Mother Goose'. We have one or two pictures here. You may recognise one or two faces!
